How I Increased My Etsy Sales with More Repeat Customers

One of the biggest revelations I've had selling on etsy this year has been the potential of collecting customer emails, which is something I didn't do for the first 6 months I started selling on the platform.





By connecting it to my Etsy shop to email marketing, I began building a list of customers with every sale. This allowed me to directly inform customers about new products or special sales I was having.



The result? A noticeable increase in sales b/c of repeat customers and the ability to build a relationship with my previous customers.



This strategy is like gathering a group of people you know are interested in what you have to offer and your niche already.



The beauty of this approach is it also gives you the added benefit of earning even more with Etsy’s new Save and Reward program.



Now, as an Etsy shop owner, I earn more if I drive outside traffic to my shop. So, by sending out these emails, not only do I boost my sales, but I also earn an extra 4% on every purchase made through my links....which makes a large difference over a decent amount of sales.

Ultimately, Incorporating email marketing into my business strategy has been a revelation I wish I'd done from the beginning. It's not just about sending emails; it's about building relationships with your customers and providing them with value.
